We promise to use our best endeavours to settle valid claims within 15 working days of receipt of your completed claim form with all the necessary information. You should contact One Assist as soon as possible after any incident which may give rise to a claim to declare it. If medical claims of above £500 are likely to be incurred or if repatriation is required the Helpline must be contacted.
